About Peter

Twenty years in litigation of complex disputes involving employment practices, professional malpractice, police management, anti-trust and unfair competition. With distinction—four San Diego Outstanding Trial Lawyer awards, and twice named to America’s Best Lawyer list.

Have since 2008 been working on the development of sustainable business plans for the delivery of clean water to impoverished areas, and the integration of renewable energy technologies into real estate and urban and rural development. Currently working on the development of judicial governance models using Requisite Organization as a technological foundation.

Have completed two books on the application of social science technologies to the understanding of political and economic systems–one entitled “On Freedom” (2008) and another “Law and Economy” (2012).
