Brad Levin Plays Key Role in Launch of Colorado’s FAIR Plan

Colorado has officially launched its new FAIR Plan, the first of its kind in the nation in over 40 years, designed to provide property insurance coverage in areas where wildfire, hail, and wind risks have made traditional insurance harder to secure.

We are proud to share that Brad Levin, was selected to serve on the FAIR Plan board of directors, representing consumer interests. Drawing on more than four decades of experience handling insurance claims, Brad is focused on ensuring that the plan’s limited coverage is delivered fairly and that claims are handled responsibly.

“The key to avoiding issues like we’ve seen in other states is to do right by policyholders,” Brad told Law360.

The plan offers a vital safety net for homeowners and businesses unable to access coverage through the traditional market. While it’s not a comprehensive solution, Brad and the board are committed to transparency and building a sustainable program that gives Coloradans more options in an increasingly complex insurance landscape.
