Appellate Win for Waneka
Congratulations to LSW attorney Nelson Waneka for his appeals win in the Colorado Court of Appeals. The Appeals court found that car rental agencies like Hertz can be sued for bad faith regarding UM/UIM coverage in rental contracts.
